What kind of wax do you use?
We use Coconut Apricot Crème Wax which is gluten-free, toxin-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free, and come from renewable sources. FDA Approved.

Do you offer both wooden and cotton wick candles?
No! Our candles currently only have wooden wicks, however, you can request a custom order to include cotton wicks! For requests, please use the Contact Us form and we will be happy to assist with your ordering needs.

How long does shipping take?

During the current season, we expect most orders to be processed within 5 business days.  You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.  

International Shipping:  Only domestic shipping at this time.  We hope to offer International in the future. 

My tracking number isn't working!
Packages typically take up to 24 hours for carrier to update in their system.  If there's any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact us and we'll look into the situation!

My package was lost/stolen!
Our carriers include FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Please contact the assigned carrier if there are any issues. If they are unable to assist, please use the Contact Us form so we can work to resolve the issue. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal - we do not accept cash, check, Bitcoin, or money orders.  For other payment options, please use the Contact Us form.

Why was my order cancelled?
We will occasionally cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud. If flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. If this does occur, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.

What if my candle arrived damaged?
We take many precautions to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however, breakage can occur in transit. If this happens, please use the Contact Us form.

Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely! On the checkout page, please use the notes and instructions message box to add your personalized gift message. We will make sure to include a gift receipt which will not include pricing.
